护理干预对高血压患者HAMA、HAMD评分的影响评价

Effect of Nursing Intervention on HAMA and HAMD Scores in Hypertensive Patients

目的探究高血压患者应用护理干预对HAMA、HAMD评分的影响。方法选择本院2016年1月—2018年3月收治的52例高血压患者作为此次研究对象,随机分成干预组(n=26)和常规组(n=26),常规组进行普通护理,干预组在此基础上进行综合护理,对比两组患者护理后的效果。结果干预组护理后的焦虑、抑郁评分均低于常规组,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高血压患者应用护理干预能够改善焦虑、抑郁症状,有利于患者生活质量的提升。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the scores of HAMA and HAMD in hypertensive patients. Methods Fifty-two patients with hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study. The intervention group（n =26） and the routine group（n =26） were randomly assigned. The routine group was given general nursing. The intervention group was given comprehensive nursing on this basis, and the effect of nursing care between the two groups was compared. Results The scores of anxiety and depression after intervention in the intervention group were lower than those in the conventional group, and there was a significant difference between the groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of nursing intervention to hypertensive patients can improve anxiety and depression symptoms, which is beneficial to the improvement of patients’ quality of life.
