急性B淋巴细胞白血病作为恶性血液系统疾病,尽管成年人发病率低,但其危害较大,不容忽视。嵌合抗原受体T细胞治疗本病有一定的价值,但从过去有关报道中可知这种治疗方案处理后容易出现细胞因子释放综合征,影响预后与生存质量,需积极处理。文章就我院收治的1例出现细胞因子释放综合征的成人患者实施了报道。

Acute B-lymphocytic leukemia is a malignant hematological system disease. Despite its low incidence in adults, it is harmful and cannot be ignored. Chimeric antigen receptor T cells have a certain value in the treatment of this disease, but it has been reported in the past that this treatment protocol is prone to cytokine release syndrome after treatment, affecting the prognosis and quality of life, and requires active treatment. This article reported on one case of adult patients with cytokine release syndrome treated in our hospital.
