摘要
目的:对比不同影像学检查在早期腔隙性脑梗塞诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取137例早期腔隙性脑梗塞患者,分别给予64层螺旋CT扫描及核磁共振(MRI)扫描,比较两组检查结果。结果:MRI共检测出176个病灶,CT共检测出167个病灶,MRI对<5 mm病灶的检出率(46.02%)高于CT(28.14%)(P<0.05)。结论:MRI扫描用于早期腔隙性脑梗塞诊断可提高病灶检出率,明确病灶部位及数量。
Objective :To investigate the application of different imaging examinations in the diagnosis of early lacunar infarction. Methods : A retrospective analysis was conducted, and the clinical data of 137 patients with early lacunar infarction were selected. These patients were given 64 slice spiral CT scan and magnetic resonance MRI scanning respectively, and the results of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:A total of 176 lesions were detected by MRI, and 167 lesions were detected by CT. The detection rate less than 5nun in MRI group (46.02 % ) was signif- icantly higher than that in control group (28.14 % ). The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion:MRI scanning can be used in the diagnosis of early lacunar infarction. It can improve the detection rate of lesions, and identify the location and number of lesions.
