双水平无创正压通气法对重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭动脉血氧分压及心率的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨双水平无创正压通气法对重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭动脉血氧分压及心率的影响。方法:选取123例重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床资料随机分为对照组(60例,给予常规有创通气法)与观察组(63例,给予双水平无创正压通气法),比较两组患者的动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)、呼吸频率(RT)、PH值、心率(HR)。结果:观察组的PaO_2、PaCO_2、RT、PH、HR改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率(3.17%)与对照组(6.67%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者采用双水平无创正压通气法治疗,可有效改善患者呼吸功能。 Objective:To explore the effect of bi - level noninvasive positive pressure ventilation on arterial oxygen partial pressure and heart rate in severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure. Methods :The clinical data of 123 cases of severe pneumonia complicated with respir- atory failure were selected and randomly divided into the control group (60 cases, the conventional invasive ventilation method) and the observation group (63 cases, the bi -level noninvasive positive pressure ventilation). The arterial oxygen partial pressure, arterial carbon dioxide partial pres- sure, respiratory rate, pH and heart rate between the two groups were compared. Results:The improvement of PaO2 , PaCO2 , RT, PH and HR in the observation group was better than that in the control group( P 〈 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.17 % compared with 6.67 % in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Patients with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure are treated with bi - level noninvasive positive pressure ventilation, which can effectively improve the respiratory function of patients, and is worthy of clinical application.
