摘要
目的:研究人参皂甙Rg1对传代培养雪旺细胞(SCs)增殖的影响。方法:取1~3 d SD大鼠的坐骨神经,分离SCs,于体外进行原代培养,将原代培养的SCs分别接种至含有25μg/m L人参皂甙Rg1的培养液(观察组)和含有生理盐水的培养液(对照组)中,进行传代培养,对传代培养的SCs进行细胞计数分析。结果:传代SCs计数表明,含25μg/m L人参皂甙Rg1的观察组SCs细胞数多于对照组(t=9.831,P=0.000)。结论:人参皂甙Rg1促进传代培养SCs增殖,有助于周围神经的再生修复。
Objective:To study how ginsenoside Rgl affects the proliferation of Schwann cells (SCs) by subcultural solution. Methods:The SCs were isolated from the sciatic nerves of SD rats which have lived for 1 - 3 days and subcultured in vitro ; the subcultured SCs were inoculated into the 25μg/ml ginsenoside Rgl solution (the observation group) and the normal saline solution (the control group) respectively and were sub- cultured respectively; The SCs were counted and analyzed. Results:The Result showed that there were more SCs in the observation group than in the control group( t=9. 831, P -0. 000). Conclusion: Ginsenoside Rgl will promote the proliferation of subcultured SCs and is beneficial to the regeneration and repair of peripheral nerves.
