参松养心胶囊辅助治疗非ST段抬高心肌梗死合并心律失常的效果

Analysis the effect on Shensong Yangxin Capsule in the treatment of non-ST elevation myocardial infarction with arrhythmia

目的:探讨参松养心胶囊辅助治疗非ST段抬高心肌梗死(non-ST elevation myocardial infarction,NSTEMI)合并心律失常的效果。方法:选择NSTEMI合并心律失常患者96例,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组与西药组各48例,西药组给予西药常规治疗,观察组在西药组治疗的基础上辅助给予参松养心胶囊治疗。结果:治疗后观察组与西药组的总有效率分别为97.9%和85.4%,观察组高于西药组(P<0.05);观察组与西药组治疗后的左心室舒张期内径(left ventriular diastolic dimension,LVDd)与左心室收缩期内径(left ventriular systolic diameter,LVDs)均高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组也高于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:参松养心胶囊辅助治疗NSTEMI合并心律失常有利于心功能的改善,能提高治疗疗效,有很好的应用价值。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule in the treatment of non - ST elevation myocardial infarction （NSTEMI） with arrhythmia. Methods ： 96 cases of NSTEMI with arrhythmia were selected and according to the different treatment methods, they were divided into the experimental group and the western medicine group, 48 cases in each group. The western medicine group was given conven- tional western medicine, while the experimental group was given Shensong Yangxin Capsule on the basis of the western medicine treatment. Re- suits： After treatment, the total effective rates of the experimental group and the western medicine group were 97.9 % and 85.4 %, respectively, and the former group was significantly higher than the latter group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The left ventriular diastolic dimension （LVDd） and left ventriular systolic diameter （LVDs） values of the experimental group and the western medicine group were significantly higher than those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05） , and the values of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the western medicine group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion ： The treatment of NSTEMI combined with arrhythlnia by ShenSong Yangxin capsule is beneficial to the improvement of cardiac function, and can improve the therapeutic effect. It has a very good application value.
