黄芪桂枝五物汤辅以常规西药对左心室功能的改善作用

Effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction supplemented with conventional western medicine on improving left ventricular function

目的:探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤辅以常规西药对左心室功能的改善作用。方法:将101例左心室射血分数(LVEF)<55%的患者随机分为两组,对照组50例单用常规西药治疗,观察组51例采用黄芪桂枝五物汤辅以常规西药治疗。比较两组治疗前后左心室功能及血浆氨基末端前体脑钠肽(NT-pro BNP)、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平变化情况。结果:治疗后,观察组LVEF、左心室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、心搏出量(CO)、二尖瓣E波峰值流速/A波峰值流速(E/A)、短轴缩短率(LVFS)改善优于对照组(P<0.05);血浆NT-pro BNP、ET-1水平降低优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤能够显著改善左心室功能,临床应用价值高。

Objective：To explore the effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction supplemented with conventional western medicine on improving left ventricular function. Methods ： 101 patients with left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） less than 55 % were divided into two groups. In the control group, 50 cases were treated with conventional western medicine alone, while 51 cases in the observation group were treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction supplemented with conventional western medicine. The changes of left ventricular function and plasma N - terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide （ NT - proBNP） and endothelin - 1 （ ET - 1 ） levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results ： After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction （ LVEF）, the left ventricular end diastolic diameter （ LVDd）, the cardiac output （CO）, the peak velocity of the mitral valve E wave peak / the peak velocity of A wave peak （E/A） and the short axis shortening rate （LVFS） were obviously better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Plasma NT - proBNP and ET - 1 levels were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction can significantly improve left ventricular function and has high clinical value.
