高职院校大学生创业倾向及对策探究

Research on the Vocational College Students' Entrepreneurial Intention and Countermeasures

通过分析高职院校大学生创业倾向的现状,发现大学生创业主要受其个体思想观念、知识、实践经历、资金及家庭环境背景等多方面因素影响。应当从加强高职院校自主创业教育指导、提高大学生自身素质、改善创业环境等方面来促进大学生创业,以适应当前大众创新、万众创业的形势要求。

This paper analyzes the current situation about college students’ entrepreneurial intention in higher vocational colleges. It is believed that college students’ entrepreneurship is mainly influenced by the limitations of their individual ideas, knowledge and practice experience, shortage of money as well as the background of their family environment. It suggests that some measures should be taken to promote college students’ entrepreneurship, such as strengthening entrepreneurial education, enhancing vocational college students’ entrepreneurial capacity, and improving entrepreneurial environment, which are of great practical guiding significance.
