摘要
学分制对于本科教育来说是一种新型的教学管理制度.目前,国内学分制下本科生培养质量评价体系研究尚处初级阶段,面对体量巨大的任务,实施起来颇有难度.基于因子分析法和德尔菲法构建的学分制下的本科生教学质量评价体系模型,具有科学性、多元性、发展性、针对性和时效性.各高校应根据自身教学特点积极施行学分制下的本科生培养计划,推行以学生为主体、教师为主导的新型教学模式,在重视学生个人能力与个人素质的前提下,充分发挥当代大学生的自主创新思维能力.
The credit system is a new type of teaching management system for undergraduates teaching. It is the product of the reform of social education system with Chinese characteristics. At present, the study of evaluation system of teaching quality of undergraduate colleges under the domestic credit system is still in its infancy, is a task of great difficulty with huge amount of work to do, including exploring new ways of teaching quality evaluation. By means of factor analysis and Delphi method, the undergraduate teaching quality evaluation system model under the credit system is constructed which has characteristically scientific, diverse, developmental, pertinent and timely. Colleges and universities should actively implement the undergraduate training program under the credit system ac- cording to their own teaching characteristics, making their teaching student-centered, teacher guided, and give full play to the development of college students' independent and innovative thinking under the premise of students' in- dividual ability and personal accomplishment.
