摘要
目的 观察鲑鱼降钙素对骨质疏松症患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法 选择2013年7月—2017年10月海口市第三人民医院骨科治疗的骨质疏松症患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组患者给予钙尔奇D口服,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗方案基础上使用鲑鱼降钙素,治疗3个月后对治疗的效果进行对比。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(97.44%vs.82.05%,χ~2=5.014,P=0.025)。治疗后,2组患者的腰椎L_(2-4)与股骨颈骨密度,血清IGF-1、IL-6和TNF-α水平较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),观察组改善程度优于对照组(t=2.204、2.371、16.987、15.991、11.201,P=0.031、0.020、0.000、0.000、0.000)。治疗过程中,2组患者所发生呕吐、发热、肌肉疼痛、面部潮红等不良反应比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 采用鲑鱼降钙素对骨质疏松症患者进行治疗,可提高治疗效果,提升骨密度水平,改善血清IGF-1、IL-6和TNF-α的水平,值得在临床使用。
Objective To observe the effects of salmon calcitonin on serum insulin like growth factor (IGF-1), interleukin -6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor -α (TNF- α) in patients with osteoporosis. Methods Seventy-eight patients with osteoporosis treated in the department of orthopedics of Haikou Third People's Hospital from July 2013 to October 2017 were selected as the subjects. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random digital table method,with 39 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given calchic D orally,and the patients in the observation group were treated with salmon calcitonin on the basis of the control group,and the effect of the treatment was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( 97.44% vs.82.05%,χ^2=5.014, P =0.025). After treatment,the level of L 2~4 and femoral neck bone density,IGF-1,IL-6 and TNF-α were improved in 2 groups. The improvement of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( t =2.204, t =2.371, t =16.987, t =15.991, t =11.201, P =0.031, P =0.020, P =0.000, P =0.000, P =0.000). In the course of treatment, the adverse reactions and fever of 2 groups were vomiting and fever. There was no significant difference in muscle pain and facial flushing (χ^2=0.347, χ^2=0.126, χ^2=1.054, χ^2=0.214, P =0.556, P =0.723, P = 0.305 , P =0.644). Conclusion The treatment of salmon calcitonin in patients with osteoporosis can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the level of bone density and improve the level of serum insulin-like growth factor -1,interleukin -6 and tumor necrosis factor-α,worthy of clinical use.
