顶空气相色谱法测定香菊感冒颗粒中麝香草酚和百秋李醇的含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立顶空气相色谱法测定香菊感冒颗粒中麝香草酚和百秋李醇的含量。方法采用顶空进样,使用Agilent HP-5(30m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)毛细管柱,程序升温(初始温度40℃,保持5 min,以5℃·min^(-1)的速率升温至150℃,再以10℃·min^(-1)的速率升温至200℃,保持3min),应用氢火焰离子化(FID)检测,载气:N2。结果麝香草酚和百秋李醇的质量浓度分别在11.908~595.404(r=0.999 5)和6.283~314.147μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.999 6)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为97.0%(RSD值为2.0%)和99.3%(RSD值为1.5%)。结论该方法简单、准确,可作为香菊感冒颗粒的质量控制方法。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of the contents of thymol and patchouli alcohol in Xiangjuganmao Granules by headspace gas chromatography (GC). Methods The samples were measured by headspace GC by using Agilent HP-5 (30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm) capillary column.The column temperature was increased according to a program (the initial temperature was at 40 ℃,maintained for 5 min,then raised to 150 ℃ with the first rate of 5 ℃·min^-1,the final temperature was at 200 ℃ with the second rate of 10 ℃·min^-1,then maintained for 3 min) Nitrogen was used as the carrier gas with flame ionization detector (FID). Results The liner ranges of thymol and patchouli alcohol were at 11.908-595.404 ( r =0.999 5) and 6.283-314.147μg·mL^-1( r =0.999 6),respectively,and the average recoveries were 97.0% and 99.3% with RSD were 2.0% and 1.5%,respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,and it can be used for the quality control of Xiangjuganmao Granules.
