摘要 介绍CTDG系列永磁大块干式磁选机的磁系结构与特性,分析了磁滚筒尺寸、处理量和磁性材料与筒表磁感应强度间的关系,着重阐述了磁极极距对磁场特性的影响,并以粗粒和细粒磁选机为例,根据不同的工艺需求进行针对性的磁系优化设计,取得了较为理想的应用实践效果。 Introduced the magnetic system structure and characteristics of CTDG series dry permanent magnetic separator for lump ore,analyzed the relationships between magnetic drum size and capacity,magnetic material and drum surface magnetic induction intensity,emphasized magnetic pole distance effect on magnetic field characteristics.Taking coarse and fine grains magnetic separators as examples,the magnetic system was designed according to the different technological requirements,and the practical results were satisfactory.
