摘要 大红山铁矿380万t/a选矿厂原矿铁品位19.45%,主要铁矿物为磁铁矿,磁性铁占总铁的74.13%。选矿厂原使用球磨机进行磨矿—分级作业,磨矿细度-0.045 mm 72.25%,铁精矿品位60.06%,且球磨机电耗和磨矿介质钢球消耗较大。通过应用塔磨机代替球磨机进行磨矿—分级作业,磨矿产品磁铁矿单体解离度提高到82.66%,磨矿细度-0.045 mm含量提高到81.24%,磨机钢耗由0.40 kg/t下降到0.25 kg/t,磨机电耗由12.89 k Wh/t下降到8.02 k Wh/t,铁精矿品位提高到60.46%,硅含量由9.56%下降到9.16%,经济效益和选矿指标均明显改善。 The iron grade of raw ore is 19.45% in Dahongshan iron mine 3.8 million t/a concentrator,the main iron ore is magnetite,magnetic iron accounts for 74.13% of the total iron.Originally,the concentrator used ball mill to conduct grinding-classification operation with grinding fineness -0.045 mm 72.25%,iron concentrate grade of 60.06% and larger consumption of ball mill and grinding medium steel ball.By using tower mill to instead of ball mill for optimization and modification of grinding-classification operation,the dissociation degree of magnetite monomer in grinding products increased to 82.66%,the grinding fineness -0.045 mm content improved to 81.24%,the mill steel consumption reduced from 0.40 kg/t to 0.25 kg/t,the mill power consumption decreased from 12.89 kWh/t to 8.02 kWh/t,and the iron concentrate grade improved to 60.46%,silicon content decreased from 9.56% to 9.16%,the economic benefits and dressing indexes obviously improved.
