摘要
某石膏矿采用房柱法开采多年,导致井下遗留较多采空区,随着下部矿体继续开采,未及时处理采空区,为井下生产增加了安全隐患。通过现场勘查和资料收集的方式进行采空区调查,根据统计好的采空区数量和位置,结合矿山现有开拓工程,进行采空区治理方案比选,最终确定密闭隔离-顶板自然崩落法治理采空区,采用巷道挑顶密闭法,并提出了相应安全技术及管理措施,基本消除井下采空区隐患,保证矿山安全高效生产。
The room and pillar method is used in a gypsum mine for many years, and many goafs are left. With the deep mining of the mine, the goafs are not treated in time, which added safety hidden troubles for the underground production. Goaf investigation is conducted based on site investigation and data collection method, according to the number and location of goaf, and combing with the existing development engineering of the mine, the governance schemes of goaf is compared and selected. Sealed isolation and natural roof caving method is confirmed, the roadway brushing sealed method is used, and some relative safety and management measures are proposed, the hidden troubles of the goafs are eliminated basically, and the safety and high-efficiency production of the mine is guaranteed.
