Analysis of Teachers' Cognition of Operational Situation in Hospital Medical Simulation Center

目的分析我国医院医学模拟中心教师对运行情况的认知,探讨促进中心健康发展的措施、方法。方法本文对190名教师和管理人员对模拟中心总体情况认知、人才梯队建设认知、培训与学术交流认知及科研情况认知进行分析,并运用Logistic回归分析中心总体情况满意度。结果中心建设初有成效,但是使用效率、课程体系、管理制度、培训交流、科学研究还需要进一步完善,有36.8%的人员对中心总体情况"不太满意"或"很不满意",且发现人才梯队建设、课程体系、总体管理制度、科研情况、中心建设重视度、中心建设水平是影响中心总体满意度的主要因素。结论优化人才梯队建设,拓展资金来源渠道,创新管理制度,强化科学研究,提高使用效率,促进质量提升,是保障中心健康发展的重要措施。

Objective To analyze the cognition of teachers in the medical simulation center of our hospital on the operation situation and discuss the measures and methods to promote the healthy development of the center.Methods This paper analyzed 190 teachers and managers＇ cognition on the general situation of simulation center,cognition of talent echelon construction,cognition of training and academic exchange and cognition of scientific research situation,and used Logistic regression to analyze the overall satisfaction of the center. Results Some achievements have been made in the construction of simulation centers,but the efficiency,curriculum system,management system and training exchange need to be further improved. 36. 8% of the staff were ＂not satisfied＂or＂very dissatisfied＂with the overall situation of the center,and the construction of talent echelon,the curriculum system,the overall management system,scientific research,the importance of center construction,the center level of construction were the main factors affecting the overall satisfaction of the center. Conclusion It is an important measure to ensure the healthy development of the center by optimizing the construction of the talent echelon,expanding the sources of funds,innovating the management system,strengthening scientific research,improving the efficiency of use and promoting quality improvement.
