PDCA循环管理法在手术室护理质量管理中的应用

Application of PDCA Administration Method in Nursing Quality Management in Operation Room

目的探讨PDCA循环管理法在手术室护理质量管理中的实践与应用效果。方法将PDCA循环管理法引入某院手术室护理质量管理工作中,对比实施前后执行护士护理操作能力、手术室综合质量评分、手术患者护理满意度、手术医师满意度等指标。结果有效实施PDCA循环管理法后,与实施前相比,某院手术室执行护士护理操作能力、手术室综合质量评分、手术患者护理满意度、手术医师满意度均有显著提高(P<0.001)。结论 PDCA循环管理法的应用可以使手术室护理质量得到显著而持续的提高。

Objective To investigate the practice and application effect of PDCA cycle management method applied in nursing quality management of the operation room. Methods The PDCA management method was introduced into nursing quality management of the operation room. The nursing operation ability,the comprehensive quality score of the operation room,the satisfaction degree of the surgical patients and the satisfaction degree of the surgeons were compared before and after the implementation. Results After effective implementation of PDCA cycle management,the scores of nursing operation ability,comprehensive quality of patients,satisfaction degree of surgical patients and satisfaction of surgeons have been improved significantly. Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management method can improve the quality of nursing in operation room significantly and continuously.
