互联网技术在健康体检中的应用

Application of Internet Technology in Health Examination

目的互联网技术已经发展成熟,但在健康体检方面的应用还不够深入,探索运用信息技术提高健康体检工作的效率和为体检者提供更好的医疗服务。方法选择对象为18~75岁的社区居民,采用整群抽样的方法进行互联网技术对健康体检工作促进作用、互联网技术开展可能产生一些问题的问卷调查,共发放问卷750份。结果对回收的有效问卷715份(95.33%)进行分析,与实际体检参加情况进行比较发现,网上或手机软件预约和自定义体检套餐、建立终身可查询的电子健康档案、互联网或手机软件推送健康教育、智能穿戴设备实现慢性病监控等预期会促进居民定期参加健康体检,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。被调查者认为互联网技术预期会产生的问题中,选择缺少与体检医师沟通的有457人(占总人数63.9%),选择担心网络安全会泄露隐私的有428人(占总人数59.9%),选择体检报告质量和可信度的有284人(占总人数39.7%),体检者的年龄对网络技术的使用有显著性影响。结论互联网技术在健康体检的检前、检中、检后服务中,能促进居民定期健康,可能产生的问题是缺乏与医者的交流、网络安全隐患和体检报告的质量和可信度。

Objective Internet technology has been matured,but not enough to get involved in health checkups. The purpose of this study is to explore the use of information technology to improve the efficiency of health examination and physical examination for better medical services. Methods A total of 750 questionnaires were issued to the community residents within the age of 18 to 75 years old. Cluster sampling method was used in the questionnaire survey about Internet technology to promote the work of health care,and problems may occur.Results 715（95. 33%） of the valid questionnaires were analyzed. Compared with the actual physical examination,it was beneficial for residents to participate regular health examination in following aspects： online or mobile phone software booking and customized physical examination package,establishment of life-long queryable electronic health files,Internet or mobile phone software push health education,intelligent wear equipment to achieve chronic disease monitoring,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Among the problems that Internet technology may produce,457（63. 9%） residents chose ＂lack of communication with the medical examination doctors＂,428（59. 9%） chose ＂worry about network security will leak privacy＂,and 284（39. 7%） doubted the quality and credibility of the physical examination report. Also,the age of the examiner had a significant effect on the use of network. Conclusion Internet technology can promote the residents＇ regular health examination rate before,in the middle,and after the health check. The possible problems are lack of communication with the medical practitioner,potential safety hazard of the network and the quality and credibility of the medical reports.
