Hospital Logistics Waste Survey and Cost Control

医院后勤保障费用的支出是为了保障医院的正常有效运转,但是伴随其中的浪费现象不少。国内少部分医院对此虽有研究,但是系统的基线调查分析鲜见。笔者所在医院对后勤保障过程中的浪费现象开展基线调查,全面诊断17种浪费现象,并在此基础上采取针对性的对策措施和成本控制活动,通过3年的坚持,达到满意的后勤保障成本控制效果。

The expenditure of hospital logistics cost is to protect the normal functioning of the hospital,but waste a lot of them. Recently,although a few of hospitals in China have researched on this,the system baseline investigation and analysis is rare. The author＇s hospital carried out a baseline survey for the waste phenomenon in the process of logistics,and a comprehensive diagnosis of 17 existing wasting phenomenon in the process of logistics.On this basis,it took corresponding measures and cost control activities,and achieved a satisfactory logistics cost control effect after 3 years.
