The reform work in the social medical insurance should be carried out and implemented carefully in military hospitals under the universal healthcare era. The author made a concrete introduction on the practice,management effectiveness,and thoughts of a military hospital which was elected to be an appointed hospital of social medical insurance,and provided useful references for military hospitals to take initiative to adapt to the reform.
