"联教联训"是军队院校任职教育创新发展的时代产物,也是提高人才培养质量的重要途径。探索军医大学任职教育联教联训的措施和方法,有助于推动军医大学任职教育的深化改革,培养高素质的军事医学人才。
Integrated teaching and training is the product of military academic professional education innovation and is an important way to improve the talent training. We explore the method of integrated teaching and training of military medical university professional education,which helps to promote the reform of the professional education in military medical university,and cultivation of high quality medical talents.
