临床医学六年制外训生医院实习情况调查

Investigation on Internship Situation of Six-year Clinical Medicine Program Foreign Students

外训根本上是外交工作,外训生的培养目标与内训生有所不同。通过对临床医学六年制外训生医院的实习情况进行调查,发现外训生在医院实习中存在语言障碍、文化壁垒、知识储备不足、操作机会少等主要问题;并从学校、医院、带教老师三个方面,提出加强外训生实习管理的对策。

Teaching foreign students is a diplomatic mission. The training objectives of foreign students are different from Chinese students. Through the investigation of six-year clinical medicine program foreign students,they have problems in language,culture,lack of medical knowledge and operating opportunities. They hope that clinical practice courses and nursing courses will be added to the internship curriculum. They also hope that topics about personal privacy can be avoided. Besides we raise some suggestions to the university,hospital and internship teachers on improving management of clinical practice of foreign students.
