目的建立护理健康教育处方模板库,涵盖全院各科室各种疾病的护理健康教育处方,供全院护士参考复制使用,进一步提高优质护理服务水平。方法在医院内部网站建立专项栏目"护理健康教育处方",该栏目中的内容根据医院护理实际需要,建立医院护理健康教育处方模板数据库,在实施过程中组织全院各科室护士长参与模板库的建立,内容按条排列,便于摘取。整合全院各护理单元的健康教育处方为全院整体模板库,并同时建立"患者住院护理健康教育处方"的空白模板,供下载使用。结果成功地建立健康教育处方模板库和"患者住院护理健康教育处方"模板,并为全院部分患者试用。模板库给责任护士和护士长提供详细的参考意见,能更好地为患者提供个性化、具体化、简明化、有针对性的健康指导意见。使用护理健康教育处方,患者的健康教育知晓率达到100%。结论建立护理健康教育处方模板库对于提高责任护士、护士长乃至整个专科护理及全院优质护理服务水平具有重大的临床意义,受到患者和医师的广泛赞誉,值得推广。

Objective To establish a template library for nursing health education prescriptions of all kinds of diseases in every department which is easy for nurses＇ usage and duplication in favor of further improvement of high quality nursing service level. Methods Special column called ＂Nursing Health Education Prescriptions＂containing the template library built by all head nurses is established in local area network. Content in the column based on the actual needs of clinical nursing is ranking by item for convenient acquisition. All health education prescriptions are integrated with each other as a whole. At the same time,a blank template for a certain inpatient＇s health education prescription is established for downloading. Results The template library and the blank template for health education prescription are established successfully and on trial in some patients. The template library offers exhaustive reference for responsible nurses and head nurses,therefore more personalized,pointed and simple health education instructions can be given. Awareness rate of health education prescriptions are up to100%. Conclusion Establishing the template library for health education prescriptions are highly significant for enhancing nursing quality of responsible nurses,head nurses,and even influencing specific nursing level and high quality nursing level in the whole hospital. The template library which is highly praised by patients and doctors is worth generalization.
