摘要
基于电网工程大数据平台的电网前期管理工作模式变革与创新,为了实现电网前期工作的全方位管控并提高项目建设的标准化与精细化水平,以电力三维GIS技术及大数据技术为依托,整合处理遥感卫星高清影像、通道走廊数据、网架数据等电力信息,并将多元电网核心业务流程进行一体化融合,搭建起了陕西省330 kV及以上电压等级的三维虚拟电网,建设出电网工程大数据智能工作平台,全面辅助电网规划、三维展示、评审汇报等前期业务工作。可有效解决电网的拓扑结构、线路通道的复杂地理环境难以直观查看、生产运行业务信息、电网资源数据相对分散等工作难题,并为公司精益化、信息化管理提供了全新的技术手段。经过实际应用,本研究有效辅助工作人员统管电网前期业务流程,提高工作效率并创造效益,且具有良好的应用前景。
Big data platform of power grid based on grid project prophase management mode change and innovation,In order to realize the overall management and control of the preliminary work of the power grid,and improve the standardization and refinement level of the project construction. Relying on three-dimensional GIS technology and big data technology,integrates remote sensing satellite image,line corridor data,network frame data and other power data,and integrates the core business process of multi grid,A three-dimensional virtual grid with 330 k Vand above voltage levels in Shaanxi has been set up,the intelligent work platform of big data of power grid project is constructed to fully assist the preliminary work of power grid planning,3 D display,evaluation and reporting. It can effectively solve such problems as the topology structure of the power grid,the complex geographical environment of the line channel,the difficulty to view directly,the operational information of production and operation,and the relative decentralization of the power grid resource data. It provides a brand-new technical means for solving the lean and information based management of the company. Through practical application,this research effectively assists the staff to manage the early business process of the power grid,improve work efficiency and create benefits,and has a good application prospect.
