天津市“未来教育家行动项目”设计之教师需求调查

摘要 天津市中小学"未来教育家行动"项目是从"未来教育家奠基工程"前三期学员中遴选部分学员参加研修。本研究在参考已有的文献及征求专家意见的基础上,采用自编问卷对教师专业发展水平、教师专业发展需求及教师研修需求进行调查研究,以求设计出科学、合理的研修方案。
