摘要
为了满足航空快件中心全时效运行,提高效率,文中基于全时效运行下的空侧场坪操作流程,考虑集装箱装卸协作下,以机坪和集装箱堆存区装卸集装箱时间及相关的操作为约束条件,提出了以拖车为主要变量、拖车使用成本和出港飞机停留时间成本为目标函数的拖车调度模型,以此寻求经济性最优的拖车配备数量。
In order to increase the efficiency of operations in an air express center,based on the operations in the airside area with a full time assessment,a mathematic model on the Dynamic ULD trailers operation's method which considers the both loading and unloading time with operations constraints is addressed. A cost reduction strategy is developed by changing the use of trailers with the specific objective of minimum total cost including utilization of trailers and outbound cargo aircraft parking time.
