摘要
随着互联网技术及电子商务在中国的飞速发展,网购成为人们生活中常见的购物方式。电商促销期间,需求发生井喷,物流业务量剧增,引发网点爆仓、配送延迟等问题。文中通过对消费者需求进行分析,将消费者分为时间响应型和时间延迟型进行分类配送,从物流资源整合等方面对电商及物流企业提出建议,在缓解物流企业配送压力的同时提升消费者服务体验。
With the rapid development of Internet technology and e-commerce in China,online shopping has become a common way of shopping. During the period of e-commerce promotion,the demand blowout,the logistics volume increases sharply,causes the network to burst the warehouse,the delivery delays and so on. Based on the analysis of consumers demands,this paper classifies consumers into time-responsive and time-delayed types for distribution,and advises e-commerce and logistics companies on logistics resources integration,etc. Improving the experience of customer service while relieving the pressure of distribution in logistics enterprises.
