摘要
冷链物流人才已无法适应冷链物流高速发展的需求,物流人才短缺严重制约冷链物流的发展,急需构建科学冷链物流人才培养体系。文中总结了冷链物流的细分形式,说明人才培养的必要性,分析了冷链物流人才能力与素质结构,并提出针对性建议。
Cold chain logistics talents have been unable to adapt to the rapid development of cold chain logistics. The shortage of logistics talents severely restricts the development of cold chain logistics,and it is urgent to build a scientific and cold-chain logistics personnel training system. This paper summarizes the subdivision form of cold chain logistics,explains the necessity of personnel training,analyzes the talent ability and quality structure of cold chain logistics,and puts forward some specific suggestions.
