摘要
文章以江苏省职业院校实训基地建设调研数据为基础,分析了学校投入型、企业投入型、校企合作型、混合所有制型四种实训基地的结构特征和运行模式,指出其存在的普遍性问题;从转变观念、合理规划,创新管理机制,引入质量控制体系,构建新型课程体系,优化校企合作等五方面提出了提高实训基地建设质量的策略。
Based on the survey of training bases of vocational colleges in Jiangsu province,this paper analyzes the four structure characteristics and operation modes of training bases such as school-input type,enterprise-invested type,cooperation type and mixed ownership type and points out the existing univeral problems.This paper puts forward the strategies to improve the quality of training bases from the five aspects of transforming views and planning rationally,innovating management system,introducing quality control system,building new curriculum systems,as well as optimizing school-enterprise coopeiution.
