With the increasingly serions phenomenon of aging and low birth rate in Japan and the continuous concentration of the urban population,a large number of vacant houses have emerged in Japan.In particular,in the areas where the population has been significantly reduced,the ratio of vacant homes has been increasing,and vacant homes have become an increasingly serious social problem in Japan.The reuse of these vacant houses has also become the key to alleviating this social problem.This paper attempts to explore the influence of the residential accommodation on the economy of Japan by focusing on the flexible utilization of Japanese vacant houses.
