Research Progress of China's Hydrographic Surveying and Charting

海洋测绘是获取、处理、表达、管理和应用各类海洋地理空间信息的技术。从海洋测量平台、海洋探测装备、海洋测绘理论技术、标准规范四个方面,系统总结了近年来我国海洋测绘专业的发展现状,并与国际相关领域进行了横向对比,深入剖析了存在的问题与差距,结合我国海洋强国战略的总体任务需求,从理论研究宗旨和实际应用需求出发,提出了相应的发展策略和措施建议,旨在为我国海洋测绘的发展提供理论参考和技术支撑。

Hydrographic surveying and charting is a technique of acquiring, processing, expressing, managing, and applying various kinds of marine geospatial information.This paper systematically summarizes the hydrographic surveying and charting majors of China in recent years from four aspects：marine surveying platforms, marine exploration equipment, theory and technology, standard and specification. The development status has been compared horizontally with international related fields, and the existing problems and gaps have been analyzed in depth.Combined with the overall mission requirements of China＇ s ocean power strategy and based on the theoretical research objectives and practical application needs, the development strategies and measures proposed have been put forward, which are intended to provide theoretical references and technical support for the development of China＇ s hydrographic surveying and charting.
