温敏型优质水稻两系不育系的选育方法探究

Exploring the Breeding Method of High Quality Rice TGMS Lines

两系不育系在水稻品种选育中占据重要地位,具有易繁殖、配组自由的特点,同时也存在一定的生产风险。其对光照、温度敏感不育的特性使其在选育过程中有别于常规品种。从一个育种者的视角,以不育系的米质、配合力、繁殖及制种产量为重点,简述了温敏型(TGMS)优质水稻两系不育系的选育方法和注意事项。

The two-line male sterile lines play an important role in rice variety breeding with characteristics of easy reproducing and being more freedom to test hybrid combinations, at the same time, there exists some certain production risks. The characteristics of light and temperature sensitive male sterility make the two-line sterile lines different from the conventional varieties in the process of breeding. From one breeder＇s perspective, focusing on the rice quality, combining ability, breed,and seed production of sterile lines, the process and points for attention in breeding high quality rice TGMS lines were described briefly.
