摘要
利用两阶段DEA方法测算了中国30个省（区、直辖市）2003—2015年的生态效率，并对中国省域生态效率的区域差距及其内部分布动态和演进趋势进行了分析研究。结果表明，中国生态效率存在显著的空间非均衡性，总体呈现西部向中、东部地区递增的分布；中国生态效率的省域间差距总体呈现波动下降趋势，东部、中部和西部地区表现出不同水平的波动；中国省域生态效率组间流动性不高，整体上表现出向着较高水平发展的趋势。
The eco-efficiency of 30 provinces （districts, municipalities） between 2003 and 2015 was calculated through the two stage DEA model, and the regional disparity, the distributional dynamic and the evolution trend of the Chinese provincial eco-efficiency was analyzed. The results showed that the Chinese eco-efficiency had significant spatial disequilibrium, and the overall distribution showed that the increase moved from west to central and eastern regions. The whole provincial dispariU of eco-efficiency declined, of which the eastern region, the central region and the western region fluctuated obviously. The group mobility between Chinese provincial eco-efficiency was not high, and the overall performance seemed to be a higher level development.
