Ways to Promoting Scientific,Standardized and Detailed Development of Career Guidance——a Case Study of Longyan University

当前,就业形势严峻,就业工作的重要性的凸显,使得高校职业指导的作用日益显现出来。而社会分工的不断细化,对职业指导工作又提出了更高的要求。高校大学生作为职业指导服务对象的特殊人群,要求职业指导工作要不断顺应社会分工细化发展的潮流,向"科学化、标准化、精细化"发展,这是社会分工细化发展的必然要求。地方本科院校要改变现有的职业指导工作模式,向职业指导工作科学化、标准化和精细化发展。

The crucial employment situation and importance of employment promote the development of career guidance in universities. The continuous refinement of social division of labor requests higher requirements for career guidance. As a special group of service objects,it is necessary for the career guidance to develop towards “ scientific, standardized and detailed” modes, which are necessary requirements for the division of social division of labor. Local universities should transform the ＇working modes of career guidance,and promote career guidance to scientific,standardized and detailed development.
