摘要
主要对800 kt/a硫磺制酸装置HRS高温吸收塔酸雾超标(出口酸雾平均质量浓度超过150 mg/m^3,最高超过800 mg/m^3)的原因进行了分析,找到问题所在。并结合现场工艺条件采取措施进行调节控制,一是对进入系统的水分严格管控,二是对吸收酸温、酸量进行了调整。改进措施实施后取得了较好的效果,使HRS高温吸收塔的出口酸雾得到有效控制,出口酸雾平均质量浓度为10~35mg/m^3。
The paper analyzed and found the key reasons that the omitted acid mist of the HRS high-temperature absorption tower of the 800 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant (the average mass concentration of the omitted acid mist exceeded 150 mg/m^3 and the maximum concentration exceeded 800 mg/m^3 ) was over the limit by the regulation.In combination with the on-site operating conditions,measures were taken to adjust and control the acid mist.First,the water content entering the system is strictly controlled.Second,the absorption acid temperature and acid amount were adjusted.The acid mist at the outlet of the HRS high-temperature absorption tower was effectively controlled after the improvement measures were implemented and good results were obtained.The average concentration of the acid mist at the outlet was 10-35 mg/m^3.
