摘要
该研究主要围绕指标优化方面开展工作,改善实施均产生了一定的效果。通过技改系统的运行效率得到提高,环保关键管控点得到优化,加强了源头管控,降低了车间的环保压力,实现了降本增效目标,年成本至少降低650~700万元;同时为环保达标、冶化系统稳定运行奠定了基础。
This study mainly focused on the optimization of the technology indicators and has achieved certain results in technology improvement and actual implementation.The technology improvement has increased the operating efficiency of the system,optimized the key controls in environment protection,reinforced the pollution management from the sources,reduced the environmental protection pressure for the workshops,and achieved the goals of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.The annual operating cost is reduced by at least 6.5 to 7 million yuan.Also,the technology improvement lays a foundation for the smelting plant to meet the requirements of environment protection and to ensure the stable operation.
