摘要 介绍了某铅冶炼企业制酸尾气处理装置的运行情况和特点。该尾气处理装置采用石灰石-石膏法脱硫工艺,脱硫后气体经湿式电除雾器除雾后达标排放。该尾气处理装置排放气体中ρ(SO_2)<50 mg/m^3,酸雾质量浓度小于20 mg/m^3,ρ(H_2O)为0.1 g/m^3。该装置运行成本较低,环保效果显著,为铅冶炼正常生产提供了有力保障。 The operation conditions and characteristics of the tail gas treating unit of a sulphur acid production from lead smelting.The limestone-gypsum desulphurization process was adopted in the tail gas treating unit and the gas after desulphurization was demistingby the wet electrostatic precipitator to realize standard discharge.In the vent gas of the tail gas treating unit,the content of H2O was 0. 1g/ m3, and SO2 was less than 50 mg/ m3, the acid mist less than 20 mg/ m3. With the low operation cost and obvious environmental pro-tection effect, the unit guaranteed the normal sulphur acid production from lead smelting.
