摘要
针对冶炼烟气制酸系统导电玻璃钢电除雾器的运行故障,从电除雾器本体及系统工艺参数进行了深入分析,对电除雾器的电接触、绝缘值及气流分布板进行了优化;为了减小电除雾器的负荷,在电除雾器前的填料塔增加了丝网除雾器并控制了填料塔循环稀酸的浓度。
Aiming at the operation failure of conductive FRP electrostatic demister in acid-making system of smelting flue gas,theelectrical contact,insulation value and gas distribution plate of the electrostatic demister were optimized through in-depth analysis of theelectrostatic demister body and system process parameters.In order to reduce the load of the electrostatic demister,a wire mesh demisterwas added into the packed tower in front of the electrostatic demister and the concentration of circulating dilute acid in the packed towerwas under control.
