盐胁迫对榆树生长及抗氧化酶活性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以山西省应县盐碱地上3年生榆树为研究对象,调查其1个生长期内的地径、树高,并测定叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,分析其差异性,研究盐胁迫对榆树生长及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:盐碱地榆树生长较慢;3月份至10月份盐胁迫条件下,榆树叶片中SOD,POD,CAT酶活性均有提高;SOD,CAT均为先上升后下降,7月份达最高,分别为186.562 U/g,53.350 mg/g;POD酶活性变化不明显。SOD,POD和CAT 3种抗氧化酶可以提高榆树的耐盐性和抗逆性。 The diameter and height of 3 year-old Ulmus pumila on saline-alkali soil in Yingxian of Shanxi during a growing period were investigated. To study the effect of salt stress on the growth and antioxidant enzyme activity of Ulmus Pumila , its activities of SOD, POD, CAT in leaves were measured and the difference was analyzed. Results showed that the Ulmus pumila on saline-alkali soil grew showly. All the activities of SOD, POD, CAT in Ulmus pumila leaves under salt stress increased from March to October. The activities of SOD and CAT first increased and then decreased which reached the highest in July(186.562 U/g and 53.350 mg/g), while the change of POD was not significant. This 3 kind of antioxidant enzyme such as SOD, POD and CAT could improve the salt tolerance and stress resistance of Ulmus pumila .
