链接与重构——谈重庆渝中区若瑟堂片区的整治升级

Linking and Reconstruction——Renovation and Upgrading of Joset Division in Yuzhong District, Chongqing

重庆解放碑若瑟堂片区改造升级的设计从"亲近历史"的角度出发,使新建筑承担起若瑟堂及新华日报旧址两个文物建筑之间的链接作用,整合、加强传统场所的空间形态和意象,同时挖掘场地地形的潜力,利用山地地形巧妙地将庞大的商业体量消解,采取化整为零的手法,创造出一组在空间、尺度、意象、色彩和气质上具有山城传统聚落形态,符合"此时此地"特色的独特空间形象。

The renovation and upgrading design for Joset Division in Chongqing is based on the philosophy of ＂In Touch with History＂, making the new building link the two historic buildings---Joset and the former site of Xinhua Daily, integrating mad enhancing the spatial form and image of traditional sites, as well as exploiting the potentialities of site topography, thus the enormous business volume can be marvelously digested and a set of unique space images with the traditional settlement form of mountainous cities in space, scale, image, color and temperament as a good fit for the ＂precise＂ feature.
