国民革命军阵亡将士纪念塔为砖石结构实心塔,是基于我国传统经幢造型,吸收西方建筑文化而形成的中西合璧式纪念性建筑。其修建于开封近代建筑的发展期,作为近代开封乃至河南具有代表性的纪念碑,在建筑风格、结构和材料工艺等方面均体现了开封近代建筑的特征,承载着较丰富的历史信息和较大的纪念意义,具有重要的文物价值。

Kaifeng Memorial Tower for National Revolutionary Army is a solid masonry structure. It is a Chinese-Western monumental building based on the traditional Chinese Buddism architecture and the Western architectural culture. It was built during the development period of Kaifeng modem ar- chitecture. As a representative monument in modem Kaifeng and even in Henan, it reflects the characteristics of Kaifeng modem architecture in terms of architectural style, structure and material craftsmanship, loaded with a wealthy of historical information and commemorative significance, and has impor- treat value of cultural relics.
