抗腐蚀钢筋受弯构件裂缝宽度试验研究

摘要 对四根配置500MPa热轧带肋抗腐蚀钢筋梁的短期裂缝宽度进行试验,结果表明:由于抗腐蚀钢筋的弹性模量较低,梁的平均裂缝宽度总体较宽。将该试验结果与我国现行规范、规程及国外规范中裂缝计算公式计算值进行了对比,结果表明规范GB 50010-2015以及规范EN 1992-1-1公式计算的短期平均裂缝宽度与该试验实测值较为符合。最后依据试验数据对短期裂缝宽度计算公式的调整系数提出建议。 The short-term crack width of four 500MPa hot-rolled ribbed corrosion-resistant steel beams is tested. The results show- that due to the low e- lasticity modulus of corrosion-resistant steel the average crack width of the beam is generally wider. The test results are compared with the current norms and regulations in China and calculated values by crack calculation formulas in foreign codes. The results show- that the short-term average crack width calculated by the standards GB 50010-2015 and EN 1992-1-1 formula is in good agreement with the measured value in the test. According to the test da- ta, the adjustment coefficient for the short-term crack width calculation formula is proposed.
