摘要
依托港珠澳大桥主体工程桥梁工程钢箱梁大节段拼装制作,对钢箱梁位置调整的支撑构造、布设、地基处理和加固方案、大节段复位技术、焊接顺序以及温度补偿控制等技术问题进行了详细阐述。通过生产实践,验证了一系列针对超大、超重构件进行工厂化加工、厂房化施工的可行性,也确保了超级跨海工程钢箱梁大节段制作精度和进度。
On the basis of large segment fabrication of main work for Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,the paper elaborated a series of technical scheme,such as support structure and layout for adjusting steel-box-girder position,foundation treatment,reinforcement scheme,large segment restoration,welding sequence and temperature compensation,etc. The feasibility of factory-workshop-like construction for oversized and overweight component had been verified by the production practice. The method guaranteed the accuracy and schedule of large segment fabrication of steel box girder for super-crossing-sea project.
