摘要 某创业中心项目结构形式为混合结构,交错钢桁架顶盖支撑于4座混凝土核心筒上,外围钢桁架为悬挑结构,体型较为复杂,且核心筒间的钢结构跨度大、质量重。选取何种形式的吊装方案及如何保证大吨位钢结构施工安全对工程建设具有重要意义。结合本工程的特征和工期要求,采用整体提升施工方案,并分别对提升结构、支架、悬挑桁架和下吊具进行数值模拟分析。计算结果验证了施工方案的合理性及可行性,为钢结构提升区段的高空就位及合龙提供技术指导。 The structure of an entrepreneurial center project is a composite structure. The staggered steel truss roof supported on four concrete core barrels. Because of the architectural modeling requirements,the outer steel truss is a complex cantilevered structure,and the steel structure between the barrels has the characteristics of long span and heavy weight. The selection of the type of lifting method and how to ensure the safety of large-tonnage steel structure construction are of great significance to the construction of the project. According to the characteristics and duration of the project,the integral lifting was selected as construction scheme. The finite element calculation software was used to perform the numerical simulation analysis of the lifting structure,support,cantilever truss and lower lifting sling. The calculation results showed that the construction scheme was reasonable and feasible. The results of the calculation could provide technical guidance for the placement and closing of the steel reinforcement sections.
