摘要
以BALB/C近交系小鼠和NIH小鼠(封闭群)为实验动物,可移植性小鼠肝癌(H_(22))作肿瘤模型,比较了肝癌和正常肝组织的脂质过氧化物含量,研究了肿瘤对其宿主紅细胞、肝、脾和心脏脂质过氧化的影响。结果表明,不仅肿瘤组织本身的脂质过氧化反应弱,脂质过氧化产物少,而且还影响其宿主的紅细胞、肝、脾和心脏的脂质过氧化反应,造成这些细胞或组织的脂质过氧化产物减少。此外,肿瘤这种对宿主脂质过氧化的影响还有明显的性别差异,即雄性宿主肿瘤外其他组织脂质过氧化反应减弱更为显著。
The amounts of lipid peroxides were determined in transplantable mouse hepatic carcinoma (H_(22)) and other normal tissues including liver, spleen, heart as well as RBC membrane. The results showed that the amount of lipid peroxides in tumor tissue was much lower than that in normal liver. Compared with normal mice, tumorbearing mice showed relatively slight lipoperoxidation in RBC membrane, liver, spleen and heart. In addition, sex difference in the reduction of lipoperoxidation in tumor-bearing mice was also found, namely, more pronounced decline of lipoperoxidation of RBC membrane, liver, spleen and heart was noted in male tumor-bearing mice.
