中欧国际铁路运输通道规划布局研究

Study on the Planning and Layout of China-Europe International Railway Transportation Corridor

对中欧国际铁路运输通道进行整体规划布局有利于中欧班列的总体推进和统筹发展。在分析已形成的中欧班列西、中、东通道以及西通道的北、中、南三条通路布局的基础上,梳理通道规划建设存在的问题,提出规划通道布局的指导方针、思路和原则,并分西南铁路口岸开通前和开通后两个阶段研究提出中欧国际铁路运输通道的规划布局方案。

The overall planning and layout of the China-Europe international railway transportation corridors is beneficial to the progress and development of China-Europe block trains. Based on the analysis to the existed west, middle and east corridor of the China-Europe corridors, and the north, middle and south pathways of the west corridor, the problems of planning and construction are combed. The guidelines, ideas and principles of planning and layout are put forward. The planning and layout plans are presented in two stages of before and after the southwest railway ports＇ operation.
