区际铁路通道投融资模式研究

Research on the Investment and Financing Pattern of Interregional Railway Corridor

区际铁路通道是铁路网的重要组成部分,仅利用政府资金投资区际铁路通道难以适应铁路大发展的趋势要求,亟需研究科学合理的区际铁路通道投融资模式,以顺应铁路快速发展和投融资体制改革的需要。在分析区际铁路通道投融资模式影响因素的基础上,利用SWOT模型对中央主导型和地方主导型两种适用模式进行研究并得出相应发展策略和适用建议,对区际铁路通道投融资模式选择具有借鉴意义。

Interregional railway corridor is an important part of railway network. It is difficult to adapt to the trend of large-scale railway development by using only government funds to invest in interregional railway corridors. It is urgent to study scientific and rational interregional railway channel investment and financing mode to conform to the need for rapid development and reform of the investment and financing system. Based on the analyzing of influence factors of interregional railway corridor investment and financing pattern, this paper studied two applicative patterns using SWOT model and proposed corresponding development strategy and application suggestion that provided effective reference for interregional railway corridor investment and financing pattern selection.
