高原地区体外受精患者年龄与妊娠结局的相关性分析

Correlative Analysis of Age and Pregnancy Outcome in Vitro Fertilization-eggs Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection in the Plateau Region

目的:探讨体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子显微注射治疗中,年龄与卵子质量对妊娠结局的影响及相关性分析。方法:选取2015年1月—2016年1月于青海省人民医院生殖中心行体外受精卵胞浆内单精子显微注射(IVF/ICSI)治疗的194例不孕症患者,并将其分为3组:≤35岁组,(36～40)岁组和>40岁组,比较年龄与控制性促排卵天数、获卵率、获胚率、体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子显微注射助孕后的阳性率的关系,并行相关性分析。结果:获卵率与获胚率随年龄增大而逐渐下降,且>40岁组,控制性超促排卵天数缩短,获卵率和获胚率最低。体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子显微注射治疗中妊娠率随患者年龄增大而降低;≤35岁和(36～40)岁组,体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子显微注射治疗中获卵数和获胚数主要集中在(6～15)个之间,>40岁组时则集中在≤5个。结论:体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子显微注射治疗中年龄与控制性超促排卵天数、获卵率、获胚率、体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子显微注射治疗后的妊娠率有关。

This paper aims to explore the influence of female＇s age and pregnancy outcome in vitro fertilization-eggs intracytoplasmic sperm injection（IVF/ICSI）in plateau region and analyze its correlation.Methods：194 patients with IVF/ICSI were selected from the reproductive center in the People＇s Hospital of Qinghai between January 2015 and January 2016.We divided them into three groups：less 35 years old group,36-40 years old group and above 40 years old group,which were compared by the age of patients and controlled ovulation days,rate of embryo,rate of eggs,positive rate of pregnancy after the treatment of IVF/ICSI,while analyzing its correlation analysis.Results：The rate of embryo and eggs were decreased with age rising.And the controlled ovulation days were shortened,therefore,the rate of embryo and eggs is the lowest in the over 40 years old group.The rate of pregnancy was decreased with age rising in the treatment of IVF/ICSI.The number of eggs and embryos which obtained during treatment was concentrated in 6-15 in 35 years old group and 36-40 years old group,which is less than 5 in the above 40 years old group.Conclusion：There was a corresponding relation between the age and controlled ovulation days,rate of embryo,rate of eggs,rate of pregnancy in the treatment of IVF/ICSI.
