Process Reconstruction and Operation Efficiency of the Village Water Plant

为使微污染源水经处理后达到GB 5749-2006要求,深圳市某水厂采取了"臭氧-炭砂滤池"短流程深度处理工艺升级改造的方法,新建臭氧接触池1座,在原砂滤池的基础上改造成炭砂滤池,将原有空置库房改造成臭氧发生间,改造原反冲洗系统以满足炭-砂滤池冲洗要求。工程实施后的实际运行效果表明,COD_(Mn)的去除率提高了约23个百分点,滤后水浊度略有上升,三氯乙醛的去除率达到27%,且滤后水细菌总数在生物膜成熟后稳定在100CFU/m L左右。此项改造工程占地面积小、投资成本少、水质改善效果良好,可为同类型村镇水厂深度处理改造的设计应用提供参考。

In order to make the micro-polluted source water met the requirement of GB 5749--2006 after the treatment, a water plant in Shenzhen carried out a upgrading and reconstruction method of＇ ozone-carbon sand filter＇ short process advanced treatment technology, mainly including the construction of a new ozone contact pond, transformation into a carbon sand filter on the basis of sand filter ,the original warehouse was reformed to ozone room, while the transformation of the original backwash system to meet the carbon - sand filter flushing requirements. After the implementation of the project, the actual operation effect showed that, the removal rate of the COD~ increased by 23%, the turbidity of the filtered water increased slightly, and the removal rate of Chloral hydrate reached 27%, and the total number of bacteria in filtered water stabilized at about 100 CFU/mL after biofilm maturation. This reformed project covered a small area, less investment costs, and water quality improvement effect was good, which provide the reference of the design and application of advanced treatment for the same type of village water plant.
