摘要
目的建立饮用水中环氧氯丙烷的气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)测定方法。方法水样经二氯甲烷提取、浓缩后,用乙腈与二氯甲烷(体积比为4∶1)混合溶剂定容,以质荷比为62(m/z)的特征离子作为定量离子,采用GC-MS法测定。结果在2.0~200μg/L的线性范围内,所得环氧氯丙烷的回归方程为y=473x-166,r=0.999 9。该方法的检出限为0.05μg/L,回收率为95.0%~110.0%,RSD为3.58%~4.90%。结论该方法简便、快速,准确度和灵敏度均满足于饮用水中环氧氯丙烷的测定。
Objective To develop a method for the determination of epichlorohydrin in drinking water by gas chromatographymass spectrometry(GC-MS). Methods Epichlorohydrin in water sample was extracted and concentrated with dichloromethane,then diluted with acetonitrile and dichloromethane(volume ratio of 4 ∶1) mixed solvent,and was measured by GC-MS with quantitative ion(m/z =62). Results The regression equation of the method was y =473 x-166, the correlation coefficient was0.999 9 for linear range of 2.0-200 μg/L. The limit of detection of this method was 0.05 μg/L, the rates of recovery ranged from 95.0% to 110.0% with relative standard deviations of 3.58%-4.90%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid,accurate,sensitive and applicable to the determination of epichlorohydrin in drinking water.
