摘要
目的:通过正交试验设计对滇桂艾纳香的提取工艺进行优化。方法:建立HPLC测定滇桂艾纳香中原儿茶酸、绿原酸、咖啡酸和芦丁含量的方法,采用L9(34)正交试验法,选择提取溶剂、溶剂用量和提取时间3个因素,以原儿茶酸、绿原酸、咖啡酸和芦丁4种成分含量建立综合评价指标,优化滇桂艾纳香提取工艺。结果:优选出滇桂艾纳香提取工艺,采用回流提取法,加入10倍量60%甲醇,提取30 min。结论:所建立的提取工艺稳定可靠,提取效率高,对滇桂艾纳香药材及其相关制剂的质量控制具有一定的参考和指导意义。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction of Blumea riparia(Bl.)DC.by orthogonal experiment.METHODS A HPLC method was established to simultaneously determine the contents of protocatechuic acid,chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and rutin.Based on the orthogonal design of L9(34),three factors including the concentration of methanol,solvent dosage and extraction time were evaluated.The extraction of Blumea riparia(Bl.)DC.was optimized according to the contents of protocatechuic acid,chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and rutin.RESULTS The best extraction process was refluxing for 30 minutes with 10 times of 60% methanol.CONCLUSION The established extraction is stable and reliable,and can provide a basis for the quality control of preparations of Blumea riparia(Bl.)DC.
